Welcome! I'm Pina.

My journey into cake design began at Thomas Danby College, where I gained my City & Guilds qualifications in Professional Bakery, Advanced Cake Decoration, and the Art of Chocolate.

Born in Italy, I've always had a passion for exceptional food, rich flavours, and bringing people together around the table. My Mediterranean heritage inspires my baking, combining traditional craftsmanship with elegant, contemporary cake design.

After spending many wonderful years in the beautiful city of York, my husband and I recently relocated to Tadcaster.

This exciting new chapter has allowed me to expand my business, creating bespoke wedding and celebration cakes for clients across Tadcaster, Boston Spa, Wetherby, Harrogate, York, and the surrounding areas.

When I'm not experimenting with new flavour combinations or meticulously perfecting a cake design, you'll usually find me enjoying long walks, tackling a new DIY project, or hosting family and friends around the dinner table.

For me, baking isn't just a profession—it's my passion.

Every cake is handcrafted with love, care, and an unwavering attention to detail. I believe the smallest finishing touches often make the biggest difference, and I never stop until every creation is exactly as I imagined.
