Terms and Conditions of Buffet Service
Bookings: Bookings can be made up to seven working days prior to the event. We will try to accommodate short notice bookings where possible but cannot guarantee a full menu.
Transport: Journeys over 20 miles round trip will carry an additional charge of £1.00 per mile.
Cancellation: Cancellation of booking must be made in writing to:

All cancellations must be confirmed by ourselves as cancelled. The Cake Box may cancel your booking if you fail to pay the required deposit in full within seven days, or fail to make the final payment.
Deposit: All deposits are not refundable or transferable and cannot be used as payment for any other goods.
Kitchen Facilities: Where kitchen facilities are available, we will require sole use of the kitchen.
Service Function: All food is delivered on disposable trays. No serving staff are supplied.
Hire Service: A hire service can be available at a small additional charge. Please ask for more details if interested.
Payments: The final balance is due two weeks before the date of function if paying by cheque. Cash payments must be made four days prior.
VAT: No VAT is added to The Cake Box invoices.
